The Greatest Showman: Realiti dalam Muzikal

Assalamualaikum w.b.t. Sebelum Mya menulis lebih panjang mengenai review filem muzikal terbaru lakonan Hugh Jackman kali ini, Mya nak minta maaf kalau terlalu banyak menulis dalam English untuk entri hari ni. I was terrified by the fact that not too many people are excited to watch the movie. Most musical movies might be lengthy and a bit boring, but I really think that people should give The Greatest Showman an exception. To be honest, Mya pun pada asalnya nak pergi tonton The Greatest Showman ni sebab ada Zac Efron dan Zendaya. Tapi sekarang, I can't really move on.

Mya tak akan recommend filem ni kalau awak bukanlah peminat High School Musical, Pitch Perfect, Lovestruck atau mana-mana filem musikal lain yang pernah ada di panggung. But if you are imaginative or someone who trying to find themselves, someone who needs motivation, someone who afraid to be in the crowd because you feel that you are different, grab your ticket now. This musical movie will bring the inner you to the surface. I really hope you will feel the same feeling that I have now. 

Lagu-lagu dalam The Greatest Showman semuanya memang halwa telinga dan bagi Mya, membina. Sebab sangat kena dengan tema filem ni dan pada masa yang sama, fit for all situation. Bukan semata-mata dalam filem ni je. Bila kita dengar balik lirik dan ayat dalam lagu, you can make them as your theme song, I think. Some of them are motivational, some of them are really sweet love song that you would love to serenade to your loved one.

Terlalu banyak benda yang berlaku dalam filem ni. Tapi, jalan cerita dia langsung tak serabut. Flow cerita sangat teratur, but cinematography is not my forte to be discussed. Sangat berwarna-warni. Maksud Mya, awak boleh rasa cinta, bahagia, gembira, sedih, sebak dan macam-macam lagi perasaan dalam satu masa. Macam Mya, I feel related and inspired most of the time. Keep thinking that I might be a weirdo but I'm still a human. Dan, itu mungkin kenapa Mya kata cerita ni sangat menarik dan enjoyable. And, bila dapat tahu Zendaya and Zac Efron did all the trapeze scene by themselves dan tak gunakan double stuntman langsung, lagilah buatkan Mya nak tengok cerita ni. Thrilled by the trailer, typical dreamers' traits.

Anyway, Mya tak akan paksa awak tengok filem ni. If you do, open eyes and mind, let that world take control. Who knows, maybe bila keluar nanti, awak akan rasa lebih ringan dan segar. The Greatest Showman is really the greatest show. Oklah, Mya nak bersiap untuk event ni. Roger and Out.
